What should I do if I'm unable to log into my account?

If you're unable to log into your online account, please ensure the email and/or password you entered are correct. After multiple log-in attempts result in failure, you will be prompted to check your email in order to reset your password.

What payment methods are accepted by the Great Lakes Loans payment portal?

Users will find two primary modes of payment available to them: either using a valid debit card or with a bank account that must be directly linked to their Great Lakes Loans account. A third-party verification system is utilized with every payment to authenticate transaction details for security purposes. Credit cards are not accepted.

Will I incur any fees by making payments through my Great Lakes online account?

No. Users will not be charged any fees to make payments online.

Can I make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments?

After logging in, you will have the option of submitting a one-time payment as well as setting up recurring payments. Then, you will be presented with further options to select a monthly payment date and amount.
